Teresa began her career at ANZ Banking group.  She spent thirteen years working in various parts of the company before landing in Organisational Development. It was here she found her calling.

Wanting to work more broadly, Teresa established Corporate Wisdom in 1998 and since then has been helping organisations turn teams and people around.  She is a master storyteller and all feedback says she relates easily with people from all ages, backgrounds and levels of seniority.  Her friendly, no nonsense style and ability to quickly get to the crux of the issue has created strong, long lasting client relationships.
